I was incredibly excited for the wedding at Statek Smrčiny, located in the peaceful countryside near the village of Želiv on the edge of the Vysočina region, just an hour from Prague and a little over an hour from Brno! I was even more thrilled when I discovered that the newlyweds and I share a love for traveling, and that a live performance by a saxophonist was definitely a must.
